  • Certain products, such as digital downloads, completed live sessions, and previously accessed or partially completed courses, are non-refundable.
  • Customized or personalized services, including one-on-one tutoring sessions, are also non-refundable once delivered.

3. Partial Refunds

  • For courses or services with multiple sections or modules, partial refunds may be issued if only a portion has been accessed.
  • The partial refund amount will be based on the proportion of course content accessed or used.
